Overview:
I built a full roll-up strategy for the home health space from the ground up. This included defining target profiles, sourcing potential operators, and developing a playbook to scale the platform. I ran point on early diligence — including adjusted EBITDA analysis, QofE logic, and board-ready materials — while actively helping shape how this plays out in the real world.
Key Elements:
- Created target operator profiles and acquisition pipeline
- Ran internal financial diligence and helped develop deal structure
- Built pitch decks and discussion materials for board conversations
Why It Matters:
I wanted to prove I could take an idea, turn it into a strategy, and bring it all the way to live execution. This project was my chance to do that in a serious M&A environment.
