problem / solution
group travel is a coordination problem nobody has solved. someone has to pick the place, chase the payments, build the itinerary, and absorb the blame when it goes wrong. most trips die in the group chat.
flock is a marketplace where communities travel together. travelers join trips run by people they already follow. hosts get the infrastructure to create, manage, and monetize a trip, and their audience becomes the distribution channel.
long term: the operating layer for community-driven travel.
